2D/3D holographic master Shooting System
2D/3D Hologram is made up of multiple two dimensional layers with hologram images visually placed one behind another with visual depth to produce an effect of three-dimensional hologram structure. It has very good visual depth between different layers and shininess on first layer. Most existed hologram sticker in the market are made by 2D/3D because this technology has been widely used for more than 20 year and yield very good security features and good result. To achieve good 3D effect, we can make some design with very good depth in background or floating.
Master shooting System has two type. One is 2D/3D mater shooting System, another is Dot-matrix master shooting System. There're two type of 2D/3D master shooting. One way is to shoot master by H1 glass to make hologram text or image in background. Another way is to shoot master by hologram image maker facility directly.To shoot master by hologram image maker facility directly, all forground image and background image can be shooted in same way(no need to make H1 glass for background first). It's much easily way than to make background by H1 glass. Master shooted by hologram image maker facility also is much shining and clearn without noise wrinkle than the master shooted in another way, especially, on big rainbow area. To shoot master by hologram image maker facility, we need automatic position localization equipment to locate record glass position precisely. To shoot master by H1 for background, we have to control position platform manully.
Two different 2D/3D master shooting, we need two different position localization equipment, one is manual positioning equipment , another is automatic positioning equipment.
We have both type master shooting technology. To shoot master by hologram image maker facility is suggested because it's easier to learn and quality of master made is better.

He-Cd laser
This is the photo of He-Cd laser which is in my training room. Helium Cadmium Laser power is 60mv -100mw, 441.6nm, with control unit and power supply There're Chinese made or Japanese made laser(Kimmon,Japan) available. The laser controller is automatic. The laser power meter check the laser beam parameters.

Microprocessor-Controlled Automatic X Y Stage to locate photoresist position and movement for 2D/3D, kinematic movement, flip-flop, hidden text, floating effect holographic master shooting.. Microprocessor-Controlled Automatic Positioning Equipment is 3D process machine who control the master shooting according to the pre-setting parameter. It can control position, distance and depth of hologram will be shooted and how long time glass will be exposed to laser beam when shooting.

Optical Tables: 1200 x 1800 x 200mm, Metric M6 Holes, Isolated. Or equivalent. The vibration should be Isolated for holographic master shooting.
The optical Table System should be isolated from outside environment vibration. It has to feature integrated accessories to optimize laboratory space, organization and safety. The system should have about 200mm thickness with a 1200mm width, 1800mm length and Metric M6 holes on a 25mm grid. There is a need to have casters with it as standard feature for easy mobility. Or equivalent.

Hologram len and other optics make whole set objective and refference laser light for hologram image recording.
All optics including hologram len, shutter, beam splitter, mirror, filter, magnifier, etc are set up on optical table.
Blue laser beam is slipted into objective beam and refference beam by beam splitter.
Laser objective and refference beam match together after the objective beam go through artwork. Hologram image is recording on photoresist.
The engineer is adjusting hologram len and other optics, to make objective and refference laser light match the artwork for hologram image recording.

B. Classical Model 2D/3D holographic master Shooting System
Classical Old Model 2D/3D holographic master Shooting System take two steps to make holographic master. First step is to record image onto H1 hologram glass. Second step is to record image from H1 glass onto photoresist glass.

Laser beam splitter.
One laser beam is separated by beam splitter into objective beam and refference beam.
Artwork is recorded onto H1 glass in first step of hologram image recording.
Step One Shooting. Artwork is recorded onto H1 glass in first step of hologram image recording. The beam from 300mm. Dia. Plano Convex Lens match another objective beam.
The hologram image is recorded onto H1 glass. This H1 glass is developed by chemical. There's hologram information on the glass which is shown by laser. But this hologram image is not viewable under normal light.
Step Two shooting. The hologram information is recored onto photoresist again. You can see there're 5 color hologram information combine together on photoresist glass. After we develop photoresist glass, we get hologram glass master.

Photoresist Silvering
After your make hologram image onto photoresist, next step is to do silver coating onto photoresist glass. It's easy, but important step for furtther hologram production.
The photoresist should be clean first. Otherwise, the silvering process will face problem. After cleaning, the photoresist will be put into small container for silvering. There's chemical in the container. We also can spray the silver onto photoresist, the result is same.
The photoresist have one layer silver coating. It's ready for electronic forming to make nickel holographic master origination.
